Pixel Art Font Pack

A collection of 3 pixel-art fonts, designed to work nicely together.

This pack contains three fonts that share the a similar glyph structure but differ in their "pixeliness." From smooth and rounded to sharp and harsh, these fonts allow you to create hierarchy and visual interest in your UI, headers, and dialogue while maintaining a consistent style.

Included Fonts

• NJ Pixel Smooth: The most rounded and softest variation. Great for friendly UI and readable text.
• NJ Pixel Less Smooth: A balanced middle-ground. Retains some smoothness but introduces more definition.
• NJ One Pixel Off: The harshest variation with a distinct, jagged aesthetic. Perfect for retro vibes, headers, or emphasis.

Because they share the same underlying form, you can mix and match them effortlessly. Use one for headers and another for body text!

Technical Details

Refined for Specific Sizes

For the perfect pixel-crisp look, use these font sizes (and their multiples):

• NJ One Pixel Off: 8px, 16px, 24px, 32px...
• NJ Pixel Less Smooth: 29px, 58px, 87px...
• NJ Pixel Smooth: 30px, 60px, 90px...

Supported Characters

• Letters: A-Z, a-z
• Numbers: 0-9
• Symbols: ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
• Extras: Ä Ö Ü ä ö ü

How to Customize

Want to tweak the characters or add new ones?

1. Quick Re-export: Use the provided raw PNGs and config file with YellowAfterlife's Pixel Font Converter. This allows you to edit the PNG (e.g. in Aseprite) and export them into a TTF/OTF font without installing software.
2. Advanced Editing: For detailed adjustments to kerning or vector outlines you can use FontForge.

License

This project is released under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).

• Free for Commercial Use: You can use these fonts in games, websites, print, and other commercial projects.
• No Attribution Required: While appreciated, you do not need to credit me in your game or project.
• Modifiable: You are free to modify the fonts to suit your needs.
